Vanish the Entities of Corruption

Li-Chang Kuo who was called “Pathfinder” for he was behalf of the Panhornic ComMec Holding Co., Ltd. to promote that “Social Responsibility Investment” (SRI) at APEC CEO Summits, and contributed various latest concepts to be a great trend. Mr. Kuo thought that APEC should not only “Anti-Corruption”, or “Combating Corruption”, but also should “Vanish Corruption”—the hope of the economic stimulus can thus be come over the lands for achieving the common prosperity.

APEC CEO Summit 2010 will be held in Yokohama, Japan during 12-14 November, this will also be second year’s Summit after the unprecedented financial crisis. Last year (2009), the leaders met in Singapore and helplessly expressed that “It already input US$ 1.78 trillion totally to rescue the economy, however, the recovery could not be seen yet!” Li-Chang Ku-the founder of Taiwan’s Precision Industry who has received the Will of Heavenly Father and been promoting that social responsibility investment (SRI) since 1986 with his wife Linda Din to invent a global channel and the power chip and etc., they laid the foundation for avoiding the economic plague with all their strength. Although, Kuo and Din gained the ‘Bill of Steering the E-Commerce’ at APEC 1998 to help the regional economies walking out of the Asia Financial Crisis of 1997, and they also contributed that the ‘Best Practice’ of strengthening the economy society at APEC 2003, but they were besieged by the corruptive entities of Taiwan to ravage until ruined everything into nothing, that caused the best practice to postpone .the Mission Calling of Heavenly Father.

Li-Chang Kuo led by the Heavenly Father under an incredible situation to destroy the hindrance and attended the APEC CEO Summit 2006 in Hanoi, he strongly promoted that “Anti-Corruption”—which had been declared by the leaders at APEC CEO Summit 2008 in Peru as “Lima Declaration of Anti-Corruption”; and then, it became the declaration of “Combating Corruption” at APEC CEO Summit 2009 in Singapore.

Li-Chang Kuo said that “The only way of accomplishing the economic stimulus must vanish the corruption entities at first, and then build an economic society of righteousness.” Mr. Kuo expects that “Vanish Corruption” can be concluded by the APEC CEO Summit 2010 in Yokohama, the corruption came from the private sector who combined with public sector, and they all are needed to be vanished in order to recover the clean environment that God gave to us. In short, we must achieve the task of God’s will.

Nevertheless, Li-Chang Kuo delighted for that APEC made a statement concerning the corruption as bellows:

“Corruption is a serious threat to prosperity and development in the region. We agreed to leverage collective action to combat corruption and illicit trade by promoting clean government, fostering market integrity, and strengthening relevant judicial and law enforcement systems. We agreed to deepen our cooperation, especially in regard to discussions on achieving more durable and balanced global growth, increasing capacity building activities in key areas such as combating corruption and bribery, denying safe haven to corrupt officials, strengthening asset recovery efforts, and enhancing transparency in both public and private sectors. We welcomed the efforts of the Anti-Corruption and Transparency Experts' Task Force (ACT) to partner with other APEC sub-fora and the business community to fight corruption.”

Mr. Kuo sincerely prayed: “May God bless the land and the people in order for accomplishing the Anti-Corruption conclusion.” Because “Vanish the Entities of Corruption” should be the first priority as the most important task before seeking prosperity after the unprecedented crisis.
